Shipping & Returns
Free U.S. First Class shipping for all jewelry and accessory items. Bags and select jewelry stands are a flat rate of $4.95 to ship and will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 1 business day from the time your order is placed for your package to be shipped out. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Packages will be shipped using USPS First Class mail unless otherwise specified. Orders will be shipped out from Arizona. We will do our part to ship out your order in a timely manner, but please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive. Once your order is shipped out, we will email you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to update.
We offer a 14 day return policy for items that are unworn and and undamaged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase to request an RA number. In order to receive a refund, you must return the items back to us. Do not sent back your items until you have received an RA number from us; this number is required to process your refund. As long a we receive your request within 14 days of your purchase, we will honor your request.
If your item was delivered damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and keep all the original packaging. We will need this to file an insurance claim with the postal carrier.
